This website was created by the Medieval Reading Group at the University of Cambridge, and its original architect was M.C. Flannery. It is now maintained by Joanna Bellis.

As this website relies for its content on the contributions of medievalists around the world, we are most grateful to all those who have contributed material for its webpages, and to the committed group of founders of the Medieval Reading Group in 2004, who wrote many of its pages and established its journal.
